During the summer you can take The Jacobite steam train from Fort William past Ben Nevis, over the Glenfinnan Viaduct and along the Road to the Isles all the way to the fishing port of Mallaig. It usually stops for a while at the Glenfinnan Station Museum.

Morning Service - departs Fort William 10.15am
Daily from 1 June to 23 October 2026

Afternoon Service - departs Fort William 12.50pm
Daily from 10 June to 25 September 2026
